Focus on whole, unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, lean proteins, and complex carbohydrates.
Get adequate amounts of each of the three macronutrients—carbohydrates, proteins, and fats—in your daily diet. My tip: FOCUS ON PROTEIN FIRST
Make sure to get enough vitamins, minerals, and fiber from a variety of sources. Take a whole food daily vitamin, my favorite brand is Garden of Life.
Reduce your consumption of added sugars and processed foods. Sorry no little Debbie Cakes.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Keep your water cup (maybe a Stanley 😉 beside you at all times!
Aim for balance in your meals and snacks, including a combination of healthy carbohydrates, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
Incorporate physical activity into your daily routine. Aim for at least 30 mins of activity a day. Start counting your steps and aim for 10,000 steps per day!
Aim for consistent, regular meals throughout the day. My Tip: Track your food! My Fitness Pal is very easy to use and will help you track your calories and macros!
Get enough sleep at night, YES you need 6-8 hours of sleep! 😴
Monitor your progress (TAKE PROGRESS PICTURES), including any changes in your weight, body composition, and energy levels.
Following these tips and implementing clean eating habits will help you reach your health and fitness goals. YOU CAN DO THIS!
